Welcome to Bridgeline Rentals LLC. By accessing or booking through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Terms

Bridgeline Rentals LLC provides trailer rental services based in Longview, Texas. Rentals are available to customers within the United States, excluding travel into Mexico or Canada. By renting from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

2. Booking and Payment

Customers may book rentals online through our website or by phone. Payment can be made online at the time of booking or in person at pickup. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bridgeline Rentals LLC.

3. Security Deposit

A $100 security deposit is required for every rental. This deposit must be paid prior to pickup and will be refunded once the trailer is returned in the same condition it was rented, subject to inspection.

4. Rental Agreement and Identification

A signed rental agreement and valid driver’s license are required at the time of pickup. The name on the driver’s license must match the name on the booking and payment information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a fee. Bridgeline Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability, unsafe conditions, or customer ineligibility.

6. Use of Equipment

Trailers must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Crossing into Mexico or Canada with our equipment is strictly prohibited. Customers are responsible for any damages, loss, or misuse of the rented trailer during the rental period.

7. Liability

Bridgeline Rentals LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of rented equipment. Customers assume full responsibility for safe operation and compliance with all applicable traffic laws.

8. Late Returns

Trailers must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges per hour or per day, as specified in the rental agreement.

9. Modifications

Bridgeline Rentals LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
